Legal Transcription

Our transcriptionists place an emphasis on accuracy, excellence and, of course, confidentiality.  We are prepared to handle individual dictation, recorded statements, as well as hearings, and are comfortable in handling single and multi-person conversations.

Qualifications

Confidentiality - Our highly professional staff is extremely sensitive to the confidential manner in which we must conduct ourselves.  All transcriptionists sign a confidentiality agreement.   We go to great lengths to protect the information that we work with.  

Accuracy - At Dellera, we recognize that there is no room for interpretation or substitution when it comes to transcribing exactly what has been recorded.  Our staff credits itself with ensuring the accuracy of the transcription.  We strive for excellence and pride ourselves with few Inaudibles. 

Sensitivity to timely turnaround times/flexibility - At Dellera, we understand that you have your own deadlines and commitments to your clients.  We also know that your deadlines are apt to change.  Therefore, we strive to work with you in understanding what your commitments are so that we may ensure timely turnaround of your transcription.

Workers' Compensation - Having serviced the Workers' Comp Industry since 1993, we are familiar with the claims process as it traverses from filing the First Report of Injury through initial physical examination, physician appointments, IMEs and on to resolution via settlement, hearing, and/or appeals process.  Because of a unique cross-section of insurance, medical, legal clients, it is not unusual for Dellera to follow a specific claimant from the time they are allegedly injured, through their medical course and onto resolution of their case, either by reaching maximum medical improvement or going through the hearings and appeals process.
